2024 National Park Protector Awards
We are delighted to have received an award at the 2024 National Park Protector Awards at the House of Lords this week.
Kingsdale Head received the Marsh National Park Award, sponsored by Marsh Charitable Trust, in recognition of our contribution to nature restoration within the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Tim Yetman was at the award ceremony to receive the award and it was wonderful to be at an event celebrating so many wonderful projects to protect and restore nature in our national parks and encourage more people to get out and enjoy them.
We’d like to thank the team at the Yorkshire Dales National Park for our nomination and their ongoing support. We’d also like to thank Yorkshire Peat Partnership, the Woodland Trust, Brabners, Rewilding Britain and the Yorkshire Dales Millenium Trust for their enthusiastic support. There are also many local experts who have provided a wealth of advice over the years with a such generosity and one of the most enjoyable aspects of everything we do at Kingsdale Head has been getting to know the wonderful conservation community in the area.
