Upland landscape regeneration
Kingsdale Head covers 1,500 acres of dramatic upland landscape on the north west corner of the Yorkshire Dales, sitting below Whernside, one of Yorkshire’s famous three peaks. We are taking a different approach to upland management to regenerate a landscape full of life – a farm with rich species diversity and flourishing streams and wetlands. Fundamental to our vision is restoring the biodiversity and carbon capturing properties of our precious peatland, scrub and woodland habitats
